CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer an 8-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact

Returns or exchanges will be processed only after inspection and approval.

3. REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Refund Method:
- Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refunded via bank transfer or UPI

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Used, damaged, or tampered products
- Missing original packaging or accessories
- Request made after the 8-day return window

5. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
